Great stay in the heart of Madrid!
We had a fab time! The location is spot on, with everything we wanted to see just a short walk away. Breakfast was the best we had, and the staff, especially Jorge and Fernando, were super nice. Just wished our room had a view—felt a bit crammed without any windows. The little restaurant on-site is a nice plus!

The Twin Room was spacious with high ceilings and super comfy beds. Loved the bright feel and the cleanliness was on point. The shower had great water pressure too, which really made mornings enjoyable. The balcony's double doors helped keep the noise out, so we slept well, even though we were near busy areas. It's a beautiful spot, really nice design in the room and the lobby. Just wish there was a bit more soundproofing on some room lights.

A prime location with easy access to attractions and a vibrant shopping strip nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with breakfast featuring seasonal products that were delicious. However, the service was lacking. staff seemed uncooperative when we requested extra milk, and getting recommendations for dining was hit or miss. It detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The dining scene steals the show, especially those grilled veggies—totally a Madrid moment! Breakfast was a delight, with options to fuel any culinary quest. Plus, the stylish lobby vibes were on point, perfect for unwinding after a strut around the city.
Got stuck in a room near the elevator and it sounded like a subway all night. They switched our room pronto, but that bed lamp was a nuisance—too bright without a switch. Just a touch more soundproofing would’ve made it a dream stay.

The hotel's perfect central location made exploring Madrid convenient, though the room’s noisy street view was less than ideal. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered a generous selection. However, the gym's limited hours and size might disappoint fitness enthusiasts. Overall, a pleasant stay despite some drawbacks.
